The role of an accommodation officer is multifaceted, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support Delivery of Facility and Accommodation Services:
* Liaise with stakeholders for updates on housing and accommodation matters, ensuring consistent communication and timely responses.
* Monitor and report maintenance issues to ensure continuity of service.
* Assist with minor works project management, monitoring, and reporting to achieve quality outcomes.
* Contribute to forward maintenance, accommodation, and housing tenancy management and planning.
* Process financial transactions in accordance with established protocols.
* Prepare submissions, reports, briefings, and correspondence relating to housing and accommodation matters.
* Build Partnerships:
* Liaise with private sector and government department authorities on property, facilities, and housing management matters.
