Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating machine allocations, freight bookings, container shipments, and maintaining compliance with company procedures. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive their equipment on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outbound logistics for domestic and international orders
Verify sales orders against purchase orders and stock availability
Obtain and confirm freight quotes; liaise with transport companies
Prepare and issue dispatch notes, purchase orders, and shipping documentation
Coordinate container bookings and monitor delivery schedules
Maintain accurate records in MYOB and update workshop dashboards
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely dispatch
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during machine movement
Your Profile
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain operations
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
