 
        
        At our orthopaedic practice, we require an experienced Medical Administrator to support our busy private clinic in Murdoch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with patients and referrers, managing clinic flow, and overseeing scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and written correspondence
 * Welcome patients, manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, referrals, and general patient inquiries
 * Liaise with patients, referrers, allied health staff in a professional manner
 * Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and other duties as required
We seek someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a medical setting is desirable but not essential.
Requirements:
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Confidence with Microsoft Office, Genie software an advantage
