Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (flexible) Industry: Electrical / Trade Services What you’ll be doing: Scheduling technicians & coordinating jobs Processing invoices, purchase orders & project claims Managing client accounts & vendor compliance portals Supporting training/competency records & on-call rosters Keeping the office running smoothly every day! What we’re looking for: Admin experience in the trade services industry (electrical preferred) Bookkeeping / accounting knowledge Exposure to Simpro or Coins software (advantageous) Strong organisation, multitasking & communication skills A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
