The Talent Attraction Unit, situated within the Organisational Development Branch, is responsible for building effective, diverse, and sustainable talent pipelines that support SAPOL’s strategic workforce priorities. The unit applies a holistic and inclusive approach to talent attraction, generating awareness, building consideration, and fostering intent through three integrated portfolios: Events and Partnerships, Recruitment Marketing, and School Pathways and Engagement.

Responsibilities

- Lead a small team and the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of SAPOL’s recruitment events and partnerships portfolio.
- Ensure alignment with organisational workforce attraction priorities and integrate event and partnership initiatives with broader recruitment marketing strategies.
- Enhance SAPOL’s visibility and engagement with priority audiences.

Special Conditions

- Current Australian work eligibility status and subject to a criminal history check.
- May be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and inter/in-state travel may be required.
- Required participation in SAPOL’s iEngage program.

Salary
ASO7 – $108,109 – $116,864 per annum.
