We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer, based in Perth, with extensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and HRSD modules
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and administering ServiceNow instances.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, and scoped applications.
Experience in integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub; knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
Skilled in configuration management, CSDM, upgrades, plugin updates, dashboards, and portal/UI enhancements.
Strong troubleshooting, support, and stakeholder collaboration skills; experience in Agile teams.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in a Managed Services environment.
