Job Description
We are inviting experienced registered nurses to join our ICU team for a 24-month Transition to Critical Care Program affiliated with the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Successful completion will award two subjects towards a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing (Intensive Care) at ACU. Permanent positions will be available within our Intensive Care Team after program completion.
Requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* At least 2 years post-graduate Registered Nurse experience
* Advanced clinical practice consistent with the mission of the organization
* Demonstrated advanced clinical skills, knowledge, and experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
* A commitment to continuous quality improvement and person-centred care model
