Your next career opportunity

The Instructional Designer plays a key role in designing and producing high-quality multimedia learning materials that support the delivery of Organisation Development (OD) programs and initiatives.

This role works closely with the Learning Experience Design team to create visually engaging, inclusive, and impactful digital learning experiences that align with the University's brand, learning principles, and strategic objectives.

The Instructional Designer develops a wide range of learning assets - from digital visuals and video production to interactive e-learning modules - that enhance learner engagement, retention, and outcomes across diverse audiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Design for Learning: Create instructional and multimedia content that enhances learner engagement and supports the University's capability-building programs.
* Collaboration and Co-Design: Partner with Learning Experience Designers and content experts to translate learning needs into creative, learner-centred solutions.
* Project Management: Manage the design and delivery of instructional content, ensuring milestones are achieved and stakeholders are updated.
* Innovation and Quality: Incorporate adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies such as generative AI into learning design.

You may be a great fit if:

You are a creative learning professional with a passion for visual storytelling, design, and digital learning. You bring technical expertise in multimedia production, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to collaborate across a variety of stakeholders and projects.

You may also have:

* Demonstrated experience in multimedia and instructional design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise/Storyline, or equivalent.
* Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS/LXP platforms, and accessibility standards.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality, consistency, and inclusion.
* An openness to learning and working with emerging technologies such as Generative AI.
