The Role:
We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled
Junior
,
Mid and Senior-level IT Service Engineer & Technician
to support our clients' IT environments. These roles involve hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, client interaction with a variety of project work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and working with a variety of technologies while collaborating in a friendly team of like-minded professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software and network issues.
A full driving licence is required to conduct on-site client support visits.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, cloud servers and network equipment.
Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance and updates.
Assist with onboarding new users and managing access controls.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects and escalations.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures and security standards.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
What You'll Bring Junior-Mid
1–5+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
Strong knowledge of M365, networking fundamentals, and common enterprise applications.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
Experience in troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Exposure to Microsoft Intune and Mobility Device management.
What You'll Bring Senior
5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration or service engineering.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as Unify and Cisco Meraki and common enterprise applications.
High-level experience with M365, Active Directory, Azure and remote support tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Mobility Device management.
We are primarily targeting candidates with mid-level experience (3-5 years) for this hire.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell).
Exposure to Microsoft Power platform and AI.
