Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Adelaide, SA, offering flexibility to work from home as part of a balanced work arrangement.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for My Own Care within the NDIS and disability services sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong referral networks, and forming meaningful partnerships that enhance service reach and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the NDIS landscape
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, support coordinators, plan managers, and key stakeholders
• Build strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and market presence
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align services with participant needs and organisational goals
• Represent My Own Care at networking events, expos, and community engagements
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and targeted business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of the NDIS framework and disability sector. You will play a central role in promoting My Own Care's services, strengthening brand awareness, and expanding our impact across South Australia.
