Customer Service Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the credit client administration process, ensuring effective communication with Accounts departments, and coordinating product availability with sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support credit client administration (invoicing, banking, reporting)
* Ensure effective communication and liaison with Accounts departments
* Scheduling and despatching of customer products
* Conduct a professional efficient service to customers and management, providing information on all administration and marketing programmes
* Liaise with sales team to manage intake stock and customer intake forecasts
* Undertake bulk waste recordings and record contractor hours
* Coordinate with sales and operations as to product availability
* Prioritise safety and the safety of others in all practices
