Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Hairdresser to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hairdresser and hold a Certificate 3 in Hairdressing or higher.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on hair care, beauty products, and suitable hairstyles.
* Perform chemical treatments such as hair colouring, straightening, and permanent waving.
* Execute precision haircuts using scissors, clippers, and razors.
* Style hair into dreadlocks, braids, and add hair extensions.
* Trim and shape beards and moustaches.
* Clean and maintain work areas.
* Arrange client appointments.
* Handle client payments.
* Drive business growth through building/maintaining client relationships.
Specialised Services:
* Cleaning, colouring, cutting, and styling wigs and hairpieces.
* Providing tailored hair treatments.
* Prescribing in-salon & after-salon hair care.
* Selling retail products.
