About the Role:
This is a full-time position that involves providing high-quality administration support to our team of medical professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage billing processes, including surgery bookings and resolving health fund/medicare discrepancies
 * Provide administrative support to the practice manager and other team members
 * Train, supervise, and support junior team members
 * Assist with problem-solving and ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures
Requirements:
 * 3 years plus previous medical reception experience
 * Confident in using practice management software
 * Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
 * Strong communication skills and proven supervisory ability
 * Knowledge of medical terminology (ophthalmology knowledge highly regarded)
