As part of our ExecuJet FBO team, we are seeking individuals to fill the role of Aviation Operations Assistants at Sydney Airport, working 7-day shifts that include nights and weekends. The demands of corporate aviation can be high yet rewarding; in this position, you will extend beyond setup and logistics to aircraft marshalling and luggage handling responsibilities.
* Initial customer requests for service information and pricing details.
* Flight preparation, ensuring accuracy across all elements.
* Ground handling services including lavatory and water refills, luggage management, and aircraft guiding.
* Coordination with third-party suppliers for catering, hotel bookings, and limousine arrangements.
* Providing exceptional lounge experience to waiting passengers and crew members.
* Maintenance and upkeep of premises, vehicles, and equipment.
* Billing and administrative duties.
