The Timetabling and Scheduling (T&S;) System – Adoption Lead will support the rollout and adoption of Canberra Institute of Technology’s (CIT) new T&S; system (TimeEdit). Working closely with the T&S; System Administrator and stakeholders across CIT, this position focuses on helping staff understand and use the system effectively, ensuring smooth transition and uptake. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making processes easier. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but familiarity with timetabling or scheduling systems will help you hit the ground running.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with digital scheduling platforms (e.g., TimeEdit, Syllabus Plus) is desirable but not essential.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is based at a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
