OverviewAs the Clinical Governance Lead you will oversee safe and high‐quality occupational health assessments, ensuring subcontractor adherence to the Clinical Governance Framework for Defence Force Recruiting services. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as clinical governance subject‐matter expert, including complaints and clinical incident management, and subcontractor credentialing management, including credential audits, AHPRA verification, and processing credentialing waivers for new starters. Stakeholder engagement across Adecco, subcontractor, ADF Careers and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Psychology Officer (CPO) offices. Contribute to ADF Careers Clinical Governance Framework and ensure subcontractor compliance with the framework. Conduct quality assurance checks and audits, including site, clinical and credentialing, training and accreditation. Chair clinical governance meetings. Manage and coordinate reporting, information and data. Candidate ProfileTertiary‐qualified clinician (nursing or allied health) with 3+ years in a senior or lead role. Desired ExperienceDefence experience will be given preference. Effective communication including written and verbal communication, report writing, and adaptive communication to suit diverse audiences. Understanding of compliance, documentation standards and data handling to ensure governance and information management. Relationship building and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Previous experience as a senior clinician in nursing or allied health. Attention to detail and strong work ethic to deliver high quality, consistent, and accurate outcomes.
