The Position
Managing daily culinary operations and exceeding quality standards.
Leading, coaching, and mentoring a kitchen team to foster creativity, excellence, and safety.
Ensuring effective communication and maintaining a collaborative kitchen culture.
Managing menu costings, forecasting, budgeting, and driving operational efficiency.
Overseeing the kitchen's transition to new premises in June.
Promoting allergy awareness and ensuring compliance with OH&S and food safety guidelines.
Planning and developing seasonal, sustainable menus with innovative offerings.
The Person
Chef trade qualifications with at least 3 years of senior culinary experience.
High-end / fine dining experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Commercial acumen with budget management experience.
Experience in a corporate or client-based environment preferred.
Proficiency in IT systems, including ordering and payroll.
Food Safety – Supervisory certificate.
