You will be responsible for the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and be able to adequately explain and resolve any variances.You will be responsible for assisting with month-end closing and perform allocated tasks in an accurate and timely manner.You will ensure the company purchasing process is adhered to across the business and provide support where required.You will be an SAP expert for the business and facilitate training for new SAP users.You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying employees expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policy.You will correspond with vendors and associates regarding Accounts Payable enquiries.You will perform regular payment runs to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner.Qualifications & ExperienceA tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance required.Previous accounting experience essential, with financial services industry exposure preferable.Proven proficiency in mathematics, with a track record of applying quantitative skills to complex problems and analytical tasks.Ability to work proactively with advanced organisational skills, a growth mindset and the ability to prioritise tasks.Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Possess an advanced knowledge of Excel, with experience in SAP considered highly advantageous.What do we offer?
