About Our Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator who will provide effective and efficient administrative services to support our ongoing inspection program. The purpose of the inspection program is to verify that existing asset data is accurate and up-to-date, capture any variations to asset data and update in the asset management information system.
A small group of inspectors will undertake the inspections but the coordinator will lead and manage communications with stakeholders, ensure quality of data collected is appropriate for purpose and prepare training materials as required. This is a full-time, fixed-term role based in Adelaide.
* Provide efficient support to Inspectors and the Asset team regarding data preparation, collection, processing and reporting
* Administer programs and track program progress in consultation with the Asset team and Operational team
* Work with administrators of audit tools to ensure data is uploaded, ready for inspection and processed ready for upload into SAP post inspection
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate IV in Project Management (or willingness to complete)
* Proven ability to manage continuous programs of works (including coordination with colleagues and other stakeholders)
* Demonstrated experience in managing works involving large data and quality assurance processes
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
