Aurecon's Program Performance team is experiencing significant growth across Australia, and we're looking for proactive Project Managers to join our expanding Queensland team. This is your chance to be part of high‐impact projects that make a real difference — while building your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You'll work on a diverse range of infrastructure projects across Defence, Government, Social Infrastructure, and Construction. Our team of experts will support your professional development, helping you broaden your skills across various markets, sectors, and project stages.
Key Things You Will Do
* Build strong client partnerships and co‐create innovative, tailored solutions to meet evolving challenges.
* Lead and manage both design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines and specifications.
* Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
* Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle.
* Collaborate with Regional Leads and Program Director to report on project progress and milestones.
What are we looking for from you?
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a project management role.
* Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities.
* Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.
* Ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs).
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset.
* Relevant tertiary qualification or experience.
* Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
