Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee client engagements and resource allocation, ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services, and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies
Implementation of quality control measures and risk management to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial reporting and accounting practices.
Streamline and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Strategic Planning aligning operational activities with business goals.
Policy development and implementation
Staff Management and Development
Financial and Operational budgeting and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Managing a team or leading a practice
Extensive knowledge in accounting process, financial reporting, tax regulations and compliance.
Process improvements, work allocation, budgeting and technology integration
Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff and management.
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
Payroll, Staff recruitment and implementing office procedures
Proficient in Xero, Karbon, and Practice Ignition
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
