Responsibilities
* Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Oversee client engagements and resource allocation, ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services, and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies
* Implementation of quality control measures and risk management to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial reporting and accounting practices.
* Streamline and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
* Strategic Planning aligning operational activities with business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in Managing a team or leading a practice
* Extensive knowledge in accounting process, financial reporting, tax regulations and compliance.
* Process improvements, work allocation, budgeting and technology integration
* Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff and management.
* Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Payroll, Staff recruitment and implementing office procedures
* Proficient in Xero, Karbon, and Practice Ignition
