 
        
        Financial Leadership Role
This is a key position supporting operational and commercial leaders by providing financial insights, driving performance, and delivering value-adding outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, while supporting long-term strategic goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Partner with operations and leadership teams to influence business decisions and drive performance.
 * Provide commercial insights and financial analysis to support efficiency, investment, and site profitability.
 * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
 * Oversee month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
 * Deliver management reporting with meaningful variance analysis and commentary.
 * Support commercial negotiations and identify value creation opportunities.
 * Drive cost efficiency and monitor key financial metrics.
 * Ensure financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with policies.
 * Champion continuous improvement in finance systems, reporting, and processes.
About You
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA/CPA/MBA preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in operational or commercial finance, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or heavy industry.
A strong track record in financial leadership, analysis, and business partnering.
Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting system skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge decisions.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to tight deadlines.
