Location: Kalgoorlie, WA, AU, 6430
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator – Service Operations will provide essential administrative support to our Kalgoorlie team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of operational activities. We are seeking a motivated professional with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. Success in this role requires a proactive, solutions‐focused approach and the capacity to understand and support broader business objectives.
Roster: Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)
Location: Kalgoorlie Branch
What you'll do
* Providing high-quality administrative support across the team
* Handling purchase requisitions and overseeing the purchasing process
* Managing time capture reporting to ensure accurate records
* Maintaining archives and ensuring documentation is well-organized and accessible
* Ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies and procedures
* Coordinating and managing training requirements for staff
* Overseeing safety and contamination control audits
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Skills and Experience
* Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or several years' experience working in a similar level influencing role
* Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
* Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly
* Customer service orientation
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
* Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure
