To be successful you will have the following:
* Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, education or health projects
* Strong working knowledge of building contracts, construction methodologies, and local compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators & Supervisors/Foreman
* Qualifications in construction management, project management, engineering, or a related field.
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile commercial construction projects across the Rockhampton region.
You will be working for one of Australia's oldest builders having been in operation for over 100 years, turning over in excess of $3 billion per year
This is a hands-on role overseeing the design, procurement, construction, and handover of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest commercial building standards.
