A well-established main builder is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on a residential project in Bowral valued up to $70m. This is a contract role with strong potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, ensuring contractual, financial, and procurement outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full contract administration across the project lifecycle
* Letting and administering subcontractor packages
* Managing progress claims, variations, and final accounts
* Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control
* Assessing and negotiating variations and claims
* Working closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial compliance
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator with a main builder
* Demonstrated experience on projects up to $70m
* Strong JobPac experience is essential
* Background in residential construction (apartments or similar)
* Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Available to start immediately or at short notice
