Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Cluster Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue performance across multiple properties.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring your team to achieve sales and service excellence. You will develop and implement training programs to ensure team members succeed in their roles, actively drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and maximizing upselling potential, and manage reservations operations with accuracy and precision.
As a Cluster Reservations Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to deliver seamless and successful guest experiences. You will monitor daily arrivals, same-day selling procedures, and waitlists to optimize occupancy and revenue, and review and analyze reservation data and forecasts to support business planning.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the Cluster Reservations team to achieve sales and service excellence.

* Actively drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, maximize upselling potential, and monitor market trends.
* Manage reservations operations for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy of bookings, billing instructions, and group rooming lists.
* Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to deliver smooth and successful guest experiences.
* Monitor daily arrivals, same-day selling procedures, and waitlists to optimize occupancy and revenue.
* Review and analyze reservation data and forecasts to support business planning.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in reservations, sales, or front office within hospitality.
* Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams to deliver results.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* Commercially focused with a strong understanding of revenue management and market trends.
* Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
