Key Responsibilities:
* Build new and nurture existing customer relationships, including bars, restaurants, retailers, and distributors
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Identify growth opportunities and execute strategic sales plans
* Lead and support brand activation, tastings, and events
* Work closely with marketing to ensure aligned campaigns and promotions
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback
* Represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and industry events
Key Qualifications:
* Passion for coffee, liquor, and premium craft products
* Previous experience in liquor, FMCG, or hospitality sales preferred
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Proven track record in territory growth and account management
* Experience working with groups such as Endeavour Group, ALM, Paramount, or Coles Liquor is highly desirable
* Able to work autonomously and manage travel as needed
* Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
* Current RSA
