Qualifications & Experience
* Tractor Experience.
* Baby leaf salad Experience preferred but training provided.
* Vegetable or row crop experience.
* Coordinating our daily harvests and harvest crews.
* Managing and building harvest teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Monday - Friday
* Machine harvest operator: operating tractor and mechanical harvester to harvest baby leaf salad crops.
* Organise a team of workers, prepare your day and week, and report to the farm manager.
* Understand and be willing to learn product specifications and all QA for harvesting procedures.
* Lead and work with a positive harvest crew.
* Have machinery experience.
* All year employment.
