Retail Customer Service Representative
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform sales and service transactions with customers including handling cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS transactions.
* Manage high value transactions accurately by processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS payments.
* Conduct and process identity services transactions including Australian Passport Interviews.
* Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling merchandising and other promotional activities.
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs.
* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
* Support administrative duties such as stocktake and record maintenance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
* Australian Passport Interview experience is preferred but not essential.
