About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
* Lead the school community to develop and commit to a shared educational vision that prioritises high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Demonstrate ethical and values-based leadership by upholding the integrity of the principalship and embedding socially just practices in everyday school life.
* Promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement by setting high standards for staff and students and engaging in lifelong learning and professional development.
* Build and sustain collaborative partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business to support student learning and school success.
* Provide strategic and future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies and effectively managing resources to achieve school goals.
