As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best care and have access to safe facilities to live their best lives.
The successful candidate will be an innovative and solution-focused people leader who can motivate and manage staff effectively, allocate resources, and delegate tasks.
* A minimum 3 years' experience in aged care management is essential.
* Proven experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring high-quality care, and delivering effective operational management.
Your Key Responsibilities
As our General Manager, you will be responsible for:
* P&L management, budgeting, financial acumen, funding, and cost control
* Occupancy sales strategies and local community, allied health, and sector networking
* Quality management systems, risk management protocols, and continuous improvement practices
