The successful applicant will demonstrate effective classroom management skills and a sound understanding of the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) framework.
They will be confident in differentiating teaching to meet diverse student needs and in using data to inform teaching and learning.
A strong ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of staff, parents, and community members is essential.
Experience in small or multi-age settings is desirable, or a willingness to develop the capacity to work effectively within a small school context.
