Client Services Executive
As part of Australasian Sales & Services, you'll help grow our TenderLink subscription base through new sales. Your role includes identifying prospects, engaging them by phone and email, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure long‐term relationships.
What You'll Do
* Identify prospective clients using a vertical sector approach (e.g., IT, Telecommunications and Construction).
* Make outbound calls daily, send proposals, and follow up with prospects.
* Ensure customers are onboarded and set up for success.
* Respond to inbound queries promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Record all communications for future reference.
* Analyse customer feedback to improve processes and products.
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to build relationships with professionals in medium to large organisations.
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
* Commercial judgement and problem‐solving ability.
* A collaborative, respectful approach and commitment to ethical business practices.
