Full Time/ Part Time (flexible to monthly schedule)
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Receivable Office to join our team in the Launceston branch.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
* Effectively manage daily receipts and apply to and reconcile customer account payments
* Investigating and resolving any payment and account queries with customers
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers
* Ensure all transactions are finalized prior to timely end of the month processing of statements
* Investigate and communicate with customers regarding outstanding debts
* Assist branch staff with customer management other IT processes
A successful candidate will possess:
* Substantial experience with high volume accounts receivable duties, using MYOB or equivalent
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook (essential)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and drive to see tasks to completion
