Job Title: Brand Manager
About the Job
The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing our annual brand strategy to drive growth and profitability for our members. They will be responsible for shaping brand identity, leading campaigns, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand equity.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure that all products and marketing material conform to legal requirements; appropriate legal protection is in place for all product and promotion names.
* Responsible for tracking and reporting on expenditures against the budget for IPA Brand.
* Management of accurate and timely budget approvals and PO generation and tracking.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (e.g., Agency).
* 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within a membership or multi-location business model.
* Experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
* Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities.
* Advertising layout and key message delivery knowledge.
* Data Analysis capabilities.
* Extensive experience in a similar position, preferably in retail or franchising/member industry.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
