Key Responsibilities:
* Client-Centered Service Delivery: Engage with clients, providing hands-on assessment and therapy within your clinical area of expertise in a variety of settings (in-clinic, community, home, outreach, telehealth) to meet their unique needs and preferences.
* Collaborative Culture: Work with multi-disciplinary team members to build strong relationships and cross-discipline collaboration.
* High Quality Documentation: Write well-structured and high-quality clinical reports, progress notes and other forms of documentation.
* Safe and Ethical Care: Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and trauma informed practices
* Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
Who are You?
* A spirited allied health clinician who believes in the potential within every person and providing flexible, high-quality services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
* Relevant tertiary qualification (E.g Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology) and current registration with AHPRA/ Membership with appropriate professional body
* Someone who sees solutions where others see barriers and thrives to overcome them.
* A passionate clinician committed to delivering the highest standard of care with heart and humility.
* You have a flair for working with clients across the lifespan and their families
* Experience in working with clients under NDIS, and /or Aged Care
