The service was established in **** and since its inception has grown from 8 beds to 35, experiencing significant growth.
Clinicians with a genuine interest in bettering the lives of Older People and providing expert clinical care in their own homes are strongly encouraged to apply.
The GITH Service is made up of a dynamic multidisciplinary team who all work together to achieve a shared goal - optimising care for Older People in their own environment.

The autonomous role of Clinical Nurse provides opportunity for further learning and upskilling into other senior nursing roles such as Geriatric Nurse Consultant.
