Opportunity
The Executive Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and personal support to the Founders and General Manager of BABYBOO, ensuring the effective management of their time, strategic priorities, and communications ensuring business operations run smoothly.
Manage Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time
Strategically support the General Manager with email management, admin support and diary management ensuring the GM is prepared for key meetings and business operations
Support with management and organisation of email inbox ensuring the Founders are prepared and prepped for key business events and meetings.
Coordinate personal appointments, travel, and household or family logistics and other requests as required for the Founders
Manage confidential personal information with a high level of discretion at all times
Handle errands, purchases, and coordination for personal and business commitments as requested
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal & external contacts, staff, clients, and partners
About You
An experienced EA or PA, with proven skills in managing calendars, priorities, and projects to the highest of standards
Exceptional at time management and organisation, ensuring you are proactive in your approach
Excellent at communication and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Professional in your approach, exercising discretion, confidentiality and judgement at all times
Comfortable and capable in using Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Google Docs, Slides, Excel) and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace)
