At Jindalee Complete Dental, we're a family-owned practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care with a smile. We're seeking a vibrant, friendly, and organised Dental Receptionist to join our supportive team on a casual basis with full-time hours, including Saturday mornings, with the potential to go permanent.
About The Role
You'll be the warm, welcoming face of our practice, managing reception duties efficiently while ensuring our patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries
* Processing HICAPS and health fund claims confidently
* Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the clinical team as needed
Who We're Looking For:
* A people person with a positive attitude who loves making patients smile
* Organised and reliable, with strong computer skills (Exact software experience an advantage)
* Confident with HICAPS and health fund payments
* Able to use Gmail and pick up new systems quickly
* Experience in using EXACT software is preferred
* Professional in presentation and communication
* Experience in dental reception is preferred
