* Adding new advertiser programs to our network
* Newsletter management
* Be comfortable making own decisions, but strictly abide to set rules and guidelines
* A creative mind
* Experience/Knowledge of affiliate marketing industry (a plus)
* Strong analytic and communications skills
* Be comfortable working in a team environment
