What You'll Be Doing
As the Casual Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the Darwin store runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
* Motivating and inspiring your team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Building relationships with customers and creating a welcoming, positive store environment.
* Assisting with daily tasks such as inventory management, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a proactive and reliable team player with a passion for retail and a desire to grow. You should have:
* Previous experience in retail, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
* Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
