Logistics & Continuous Improvement Coordinator

The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and analytical Logistics & Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our Yatala operation, working Monday-Friday 8am-4pm .
This is a pivotal role acting as the operational link between supervisors, transport, customers and management. You will drive compliance, reporting accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives while enabling frontline leaders to focus on performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Support supervisors with operational accuracy and reporting discipline
• Ensure invoicing compliance and accurate revenue and cost capture
• Generate KPI reports and BI dashboard insights
• Analyse modelled cost-to-serve vs actual performance
• Support safety reporting including LTIFR, RIFR and audit tracking
• Coordinate contractor payments and ensure financial accuracy
• Liaise with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement CI initiatives
• Support digital transformation initiatives including Apollo
About You
You will bring:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar logistics or transport role
• Background in warehousing and transport operations
• Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliation and financial systems
• Continuous Improvement mindset
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Confidence influencing supervisors without direct authority
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility
Experience with MT Data, SAP or Ramco will be highly regarded.
