An opportunity has become available for a professional and motivated Administration Support Officer to provide clerical support across BRHS Acute and Sub-Acute wards.
In this role you will deliver accurate and efficient administrative services including admissions, transfers and discharges, data entry, record management, and reception duties. Key to this role is outstanding customer service for patients, families and staff with an approach that emphasises professionalism, approachability, responsiveness and compassion in a busy dynamic clinical environment.
Contract: Ongoing, Part-Time, 36.0 hours per fortnight
Regular Shifts include:
* Week 1: Mon 8:00am-4:30pm, Thurs/Fri 12:30-8:00pm
* Week 2: Wed/Thu 12:30-8:00pm
* The ideal candidate will also demonstrate flexibility to adjust days when operational needs require

Key selection criteria:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions in a professional and consumer-focused manner.
* Compassionate and well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
* Competent in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook with fast and accurate data entry skills (Experience with Microsoft OneNote, Teams, and iPM preferred but not essential.
* A self-starter that is solution-focused and with a proven capacity to problem solve within the scope of the position.
