We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead change and communications for a large-scale cyber security program. In this role, you'll help drive adoption of critical initiatives, uplift cyber awareness, and translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content that resonates with stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver change management strategies that maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
* Design and implement communications, engagement, and training plans to uplift cyber awareness and support digital adoption.
* Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments.
* Collaborate with project and business teams to embed change management into delivery.
* Coach and guide leaders to effectively support their teams through change.
* Monitor and refine change and communications effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in change management- including communications and engagement.
* Background in IT, cyber security, or compliance/regulatory projects (preferred).
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* A proactive and resilient approach to driving change.
