* Collaborate with our farm team to source high-quality truffles and other premium produce.
* Lead kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained.
* Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement seasonal menus that showcase the versatility and flavor of truffles.
* Source and select the best local produce to incorporate into our dishes.
* Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cleaning and maintenance.
* Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong culinary skills and knowledge of different cooking techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
