**About the opportunity**
Let's Roll driving school offers a service to the community like no other, our mission is to create the safest drivers. We pride ourselves with clean 5star reviews both on Google & our website.
We are looking to bring on another driver who will continue the great work we already do, whilst remaining professional & ensuring you are following our mission to create the safest drivers.
We are an already established business in the Illawarra, and are wanting to expand into the Shoalhaven area. You will not need to do any marketing to get students, this will be done for you!
This is a contracted role, therefore you will work under the Let's Roll Driving School business name with your own ABN.
**About you**
This role is suited to someone who loves teaching & coaching people, someone who is very patient, laid back and can build rapport with others very easily. Must be fun, professional & able to make students of all ages feel comfortable & safe in your presence.
Must be able to alter teaching methods to suit each student as everyone learns differently, with ZERO discrimination.
Must have or be willing to get:
- Already own a 2014 year model automatic vehicle, preferable sedan or hatchback
- ABN
- Working with children's check
- Complete instructor course

**To succeed in this role you will**:
- Have an aptitude for training and coaching
- Be a clear communicator and hold great customer service at the heart of everything you do
- Willingness to take on contract work
- A motivated self-starter who wants to run their own successful small business
- Set up your business under a ACN (Australian company Number)
- A explicit driving record
- Hold a current Working with Children check and/or willing to obtain one

**Salary**: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Sanitising internal vehicle controls after each lesson
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nowra NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
