Regional Equity Liaison Officer
South West TAFE is seeking an experienced professional to spearhead a vital initiative aimed at increasing women's and gender diverse participation in construction and clean energy careers. * Collaborate closely with industry partners to conceptualize and develop cutting-edge pathways and resources that effectively dismantle barriers and create tangible opportunities.
To be successful in this position, the applicant will require a deep understanding of the construction and/or clean energy sectors, coupled with expertise in gender equity and diversity initiatives, exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, extensive experience in project coordination and training delivery, as well as relevant trade qualification and/or vocational teaching qualification.
