This role is suited to someone who enjoys working within a team and performing various administrative tasks. A strong keen eye for detail and organisational skills are a must to maintain the highest standards in spelling, grammar, proofing, and formatting.
**About Us**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:
In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced environment responsible for booking general display newspaper and digital advertising, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver customer-focused services to clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Create, book and maintain advertising placements for clients across print and digital platforms
- Process advertising bookings and assist in the preparation of advertising proposals
- Develop skills in media buying, planning, and understanding the media landscape
- Manage internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and regularly engage with departments to ensure campaign success
- Prepare weekly sales reports, presentations and projects
- Maintain accurate client and revenue records
**What You'll Bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and advertising formats
