Reporting to the Team Leader Behaviour Support, the Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) is required to evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space. The BSP will ensure individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, interests and promotes their quality of life. Whilst doing so you will also build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of all those who are important to the participant and their support network. As a member of the Positive Behaviour Support team, the BSP will provide daily mentoring and support to a team of Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) whilst advocating and implementing Butter Fish Services (BFS) values. Working within the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework, the role supports the individual professional development and client service delivery.
