Job Brief
We seek a detail-oriented and multitasking professional with a passion for coordination to play a key role in the successful execution of civil and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling Assistance: Support the Project Manager in developing and updating project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring team alignment.
* Documentation Management: Prepare, distribute, and maintain essential project documents, including contracts, blueprints, meeting minutes, reports, and safety records.
* Resource and Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage materials, equipment, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely procurement and inventory accuracy.
* Data Collection and Reporting: Monitor project data, including timelines, milestones, and costs, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
* Communication Support: Act as a liaison between internal teams (manufacturing, logistics, engineering) and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors) to ensure smooth project operations.
* Quality Control Assistance: Document inspections, maintain quality records, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure project standards are met.
* Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, coordinating travel, and organizing team activities.
* Proposal and Tender Assistance: Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and tender documents to support the bid process.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Familiarity with scheduling, procurement, and quality control processes.
* A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
